TORNILOCK® T-63
HIGH STRENGTH · RED · PERMANENT
High strength permanent threadlocker, oil tolerant. Seals nuts and bolts up to 1″ (M24). Heat and hand tools required for disassembly. Designed to withstand extreme environmental and chemical exposure. Meets ASTM D5363.
TORNILOCK® T-90
WICKING GRADE · GREEN
Low-viscosity wicking-grade threadlocker. Capillary action penetrates pre-assembled fasteners — no disassembly required. Ideal for retroactive locking of metric thread screws.
TORNILOCK® T-43
MEDIUM STRENGTH · BLUE
Blue medium-strength threadlocker, oil tolerant and thixotropic. For fasteners 1/4″ to 3/4″ (6-19 mm). Removable with hand tools. Cure: 5 min fixture / 8 hr full. Meets ASTM D5363.
TORNILOCK® T-22
LOW STRENGTH · PURPLE
Low strength threadlocker for small fasteners up to 1/4″ (M6). Hand-removable without tools. Suitable for instrumentation, electronics, and frequent-adjustment assemblies.

Start with thread size and removal requirement. T-22 for small fasteners removable by hand. T-43 (blue, medium) for general maintenance up to 3/4″. T-63 (red, permanent) for structural assemblies up to 1″. T-90 (wicking) when you cannot disassemble the fastener. T-30 for pre-applied OEM lines.
Strength and disassembly. T-43 is medium strength and removable with standard hand tools — designed for assemblies that will be serviced. T-63 is high-strength and permanent — disassembly requires applying heat (and hand tools). Both are oil tolerant and meet ASTM D5363.
