TORNILOCK® T-90 is a wicking grade anaerobic threadlocker — also referred to as a capillary threadlocker — with medium strength, specially formulated to lock and seal threads and for the maintenance of cylindrical components. Provides high resistance to heat, vibration, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and numerous chemicals.
Penetrates by capillary action without disassembly
The TORNILOCK® T-90 is a green anaerobic threadlocker with an ultra-low 15 cps viscosity that penetrates pre-assembled threads by capillary action. Locks and seals fasteners without disassembling the unit.
Seals hairline cracks and porous metal parts
Specifically formulated to seal hairline cracks, porous metal parts, and pre-assembled cylindrical components. Prevents corrosion and leakage in joints where other threadlockers cannot reach.
Post-assembly application up to M5 / ½"
Handling time 20 minutes, full cure in 24 hours. Ideal for set screws and post-assembly adjustments in vibrating machinery. Meets MIL-S-46163A Type III Grade R and MIL-S-22473E Letter Grade AA.
